Agree what the team needs to see

A shared sales view should answer practical questions: who owns the enquiry, what was the latest meaningful interaction and what happens next? Keep the information relevant to the team’s responsibilities and permissions.

Use a simple handover habit

When an enquiry changes hands, update ownership and add a short handover note. Include any open questions and the next agreed action. A consistent process matters more than a long note that nobody reviews.

Review patterns together

Use reports to identify questions for discussion. If enquiries appear to stall at a particular stage, look at the context and agree what the team can clarify. Avoid drawing conclusions from an activity total alone.
